If you cannot log in InfraNodus, there may be several reasons for that.
Problem #1: Login cache reset
If you cannot load your graph or account after 20-30 seconds, there may be a problem with your browser session and it needs to be reset.
In order to solve it:
1) Go to https://infranodus.com/logout to log out from your account
2) Go to https://infranodus.com/login and log in again.
Problem #2: Case-sensitive username / password
If the system is telling you that it doesn't recognize your login / password, try to enter your login in small letters (not caps). The old version of InfraNodus was case-sensitive then we removed this feature. However, some of the users have their accounts starting with a capital letter and the system doesn't recognize them. So just use all small letters for your username and it should work!
Problem #3: Forgot your username / password
In case you forgot your username / password, you can recover them on this page: https://infranodus.com/recover
Simply enter your username OR email. If you have several accounts under the same email, then enter the username and the email that corresponds to that username. You will receive a password reset link where you can create a new password and log in again. Please, check your spam folder to make sure you don't miss the email.
