Getting a Refund

We are extremely grateful to all the people who support our work in creating tools for thinking and related research. 

You can benefit from a free 14-day trial of InfraNodus, so if during these 14 days, you decide that you're not interested in using it, you can cancel your subscription and you won't be charged. 

If, however, you were already charged, we cannot offer refunds, per our Terms and Conditions that you agree to when you sign up for a trial. 

We also inform you several times throughout the sign up process that it's a subscription that is monthly or annual and that you will be charged regularly for it.

For us, this model is the only way to make the development of this tool sustainable without using the external investors' funds. 

Why?

The reason is that we don't have the capacity to check if you used the software or not as we try to keep as little logs as possible to protect your privacy. We also have a "private" mode that leaves no traces of use on the server. It would also be too complicated for us to track whether somebody really used the tool and decided to take advantage of the refund policy.

Therefore we recommend you to put a reminder to cancel the subscription in your calendar if you just want to try InfraNodus out.
