InfraNodus can be used for visualizing your personal knowledge graphs and for generating AI-based insight on top of the text network data.
It can process both the backlinks and the content of your files. You can choose to show only the backlinks, only the concepts, or both the connections between the backlinks and the concepts that you use in your PKM.
Below is an explanation of how InfraNodus converts your backlinks to the graph nodes:
1. All the [[backlinks]] in each [[file]] will be linked to that file.
For example, if in the file called Ideas.md you have references to [[Thoughts]] and [[Inspirations]], then you'll have two links based on this data:
[[Ideas]] <-> [[Thoughts]] and
[[Ideas]] <-> [[Inspirations]].
2. InfraNodus will also link all the backlinks used in the same context.
For example, if you are writing [[Ideas]] and [[Thoughts]] all from the same source: [[Human Mind]] then you'll have all of these 3 concepts connected to each other.
When importing your Obsidian / Roam Research / Logseq data you can specify how the nodes that represent the pages are shown. By default they will be displayed as a different type of the node than the concepts. You can also choose to show them the same format as concepts if you're more interested in the actual content of your notes rather than your manually created links between them.
