How to Research any Topic with InfraNodus, Obsidian, and ChatGPT

In this tutorial, I will demonstrate a workflow you can use to research any topic and understand its context. To do that, we will be using three different tools: the InfraNodus knowledge graph visualization tool, the Obsidian note-taking app, and ChatGPT.

The basic idea is first to map the main concepts that relate to the topic of interest using AI-generated content. You can then verify each AI-generated result using the InfraNodus' Google Scholar and scientific library (e.g. PubMed) imports to reveal recurring patterns of ideas. When you find the statements you like, save them into Obsidian highlighting the main ideas using the [[square bracket]] syntax to save them as pages and to create the connections between them.
