Not selecting the abbreviation properly

In my document, I have the abbreviation CAS which stands for Collision Avoidance System.  InfraNodus is only gabbing CA.  Consequently, it gabs every ca in the document and skews the results.  How to I tell it to grab CAS in place of ca?

  I have the same issue with GIS or gis - Geographic Information System. It sees it as GI and then searches for all gi's like in engineering. It would be nice to feed it a work and have it only pull it out when it is the full word.
