Can’t cancel
I tried to cancel my trial and it gave me an error each time. Now I got an email saying that my card couldn’t be charged. It now allowed me to cancel, but it is not canceling until next month. Why is it forcing me to pay an entire month of service? Please ensure that I am not being charged.

In fact, the system is allowing you to keep using the service until the expiration date. As you could verify yourself you were not charged. Perhaps they could communicate it better in the payment system's UX because you're not the first person to think they will be charged after canceling. Sorry about that but we'd have to change the whole billing system to fix this little bug.
