Czech language support

Hi, 

would by possible to add support for czech language? Now it does wierd stuff (it separates letters to topics (e.g "ě", "ř", ... , see attached image)

  You can learn more about adding an unsupported language on https://support.noduslabs.com/hc/en-us/articles/5218618256658-In-Your-Own-Language-Lemmatization-and-Stopwords-Removal

  Basically you just need to switch off the lemmatizer and add your own list of stopwords for your language (can be found online).
