Uploading PDFs

Hi there just joined. Trying to upload PDFs with no luck. could you help?

  Hello Jessica,

  The PDF upload works fine but some PDFs are not text files but images, so this may be the reason you cannot upload it. The best way to resolve this sort of problem is to send us the PDF you're trying to upload, so we can see what's wrong with the file on our end and propose a solution. Thank you!
