    Hello Osvaldo, 

    If you're having this issue, the reason may be that you mistyped your email or login and that's why you cannot log in or reset the password. Sometimes it happens when you use an iPhone to register because it tends to add a space after the login name.

    The best way to solve this is to contact us directly so we can identify your username and password and verify your email by receiving a letter from you directly, so we know that you are actually the customer.

    Looking at your email, I can't find any account with us, so either the registration didn't happen or you did it under a different email than the one used above.

    Please, you need to contact us directly by submitting a ticket via https://support.noduslabs.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with your login and details so we can quickly identify the issue and help you.
